We’re in the process of moving our payment processing partner to Opayo and WorldPay. Opayo is the new name for Sage Pay. They are one of the UK’s most trusted payments providers and process in excess of £50bn worth of card payments for over 50,000 merchants each year.
Unfortunately this move will take a few days to complete and during this time we will be unable to accept online orders. The new system is scheduled to go live on 1st December 2020. We can only apologise to our customers for the inconvenience caused during this time.
For the last 6 years we have used PayPal as our payment processing company. On the 24th November 2020, PayPal, without warning, withdrew it’s services to us and hundreds of other UK vaping retailers and suppliers, leaving all of us unable to process online payments. Press Reports quote the reason as being “They no longer want to facilitate the sale of any vape related products.” A move which we believe is very short-sighted and very detrimental to so many businesses, especially during these difficult times. The most annoying part about this whole thing is PayPal could have easily given some form of notice to it’s customers rather than just pulling the plug. For further details see Vapouround Magazine

We can process urgent orders if you don’t mind paying by bank transfer. Just complete your order as normal and go through the checkout process. Checkout will fail but we’ll pick up the failed order and email our bank details.
