    How do I change my debit card payment

      Thanks for reaching out!

      Our checkout system uses viva.com Smart Checkout, which securely remembers saved payment cards across their entire network to make buying faster. Because this information is private and securely encrypted on your personal profile, we cannot see or change your card details from our end.

      To remove your old debit card and use a new one, you can follow these quick steps during checkout:

    2. Proceed to the Checkout page on our store and click Place Order.
    3. You will be redirected to the secure viva.com payment screen.
    4. Next to your old saved debit card, click the edit or bin icon to delete it.
    5. You can then type in your new card details. If you like, you can check the box to save the new card for next time.

      6. (Note: If you don’t see a saved card icon on the screen, your web browser—like Chrome or Safari—might be filling in the old details automatically. You can just type directly over the old numbers to enter your new card).
